I had an appointment at the place today and it was amazing. Dr. Alicia and Karina took great care of my daughters and she's just amazing. She explained every little details to the kids of what she was doing and she was non stop talking to kids the whole time so they didn't feel nervous at all. Karina and the girl sitting at the desk was so great and welcoming too. Just one tip for people whos visiting this place, they have a kidds smile dentistry in whiteplains too so when you put adress in google, be careful.Usually dentist places are scary but This place was a great experience for the kids. Thank you everyone ❤️. I really appreciate your dedication.

We absolutely love this pediatric dentist! She is truly one of the best pediatric dentists in the Yonkers area. She is kind, patient, caring, and incredibly understanding with children. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that both parents and kids can understand, making every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for her young patients really stand out. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for an excellent pediatric dentist in Yonkers. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist for our children!

Excellent experience with Dr. Alicia Michel. She is a very professional, kind, and patient dentist who is wonderful with children. She always treats my kids with great care and makes sure they feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. You can truly tell that she cares about her patients and their well-being. I had the worst experience at this office. Both times I went in to inquire about services and make an appointment the receptionist with the red hair and braces was rude to me. The first occurrence I brushed it off but when I returned the second time and had the same attitude that was enough for me to not keep an appointment with this practice. When I entered she yelled a last name at me. I said no I want you to check my insurance information because the last time I came in you said you don't take it. She checked and then asked if I wanted Thurs appointment. I said no I want to talk to someone to see what needs to be done to my son first. She was only interested in making an appointment but not interested in why? So I had to ask questions and every question I asked she had an attitude in her response. If you dont like your job dont come to work where you have to deal with people you dont personally like. She seemed annoyed to even have to be asked a question by me. My husband went back and asked her what her issue was and she denied being rude. The dentist heard us speaking and avoided the entire situation. She could hear me speak to the receptionist about her attitude bu

My 6yr old has had the best experience at Kid Smiles, I had to make sure to register all my children here. They don't just provide a dental service but education as well on children following proper teeth brushing and the importance in flossing. They are very patient and kid friendly with all ages. I would refer all parents to bring your children here.
